Do you feel guilt and shame that you cannot achieve financial freedom, and blame the source of your lack on everything outside of yourself?
One of the biggest lies you can tell yourself when it comes to achieving financial freedom or failure is that it has to do with external conditions and circumstances. The fact is that you are constantly drawing in experiences and events that mirror back to you your core beliefs about yourself and what you believe is possible for your life.
You may be unaware that the majority of these beliefs are subconscious, what these beliefs are or know that you have them. Perhaps you have some insights but may not know how to make the changes to get a different result.
The first step is understanding that the obstacles you face are internal in nature and are the result of the core beliefs you hold about yourself and others.
The biggest challenge is identifying and releasing these conscious and subconscious beliefs so that you can consciously make new choices and take inspired actions that are aligned with your new beliefs.
These limiting beliefs convince you to see your problems as bigger than yourself, and bring up emotions that may make you feel powerless, anxious, stressed out and overwhelmed. When you feel stuck it's impossible to take the appropriate action to move forward towards your goal.
However when you change your perception that you are bigger than any problem you face, your emotions change, you feel enabled, supported, connected, and powerful to create whatever you want.
How do you change the limiting beliefs and emotions?
Every emotion has a vibration and has a frequency which can be changed instantly. Dr David Hawkins states in his book "Power vs. Force" that there's a hierarchy of levels of consciousness. An increase from one level to another will result in a big change in your life.
From low to high these are some of the levels of consciousness: shame, guilt, apathy grief, fear, desire, anger, pride, courage....love, joy, peace, enlightenment.
If you feel shame -self directed hatred, releasing this emotion even to the next level to guilt will bring you relief, and grief is one level higher than apathy, which stems from hopelessness.
One of the best ways is to use the Release Technique which teaches you to let go of any negative or unpleasant emotion immediately, right on the spot. When you cling to something or have had a bad experience there is a tendency to relive that experience constantly in your thoughts.
If you are holding on to those thoughts and emotions how can wealth, abundance or joy come into your life?
Try this experiment. Hold a pencil in your hand tighter and tighter for 30 seconds. It doesn't feel good does it? Can you pick up something else without letting the pencil go? The only way to do so is to open up your hand and drop the pencil.
Now open up your hand and drop the pencil. Feels good?
That's exactly how you can release any emotion that is not serving you. Imagine that belief or emotion that is not serving you drain out like water draining through your kitchen sink, all the way deep into the heart of the earth. Just let it go. It's that simple.
