The reason why so many people fail in online businesses is because they don't generate enough traffic to their site. It doesn't matter if they have the best product or best landing page, without a steady flow of quality, targeted traffic the business wont make sales. I have been involved with internet business's for 3 years now and the way I learnt was through faliure. I failed in 13 different online businesses until I got involved with my current online business and put the strategies you are about to learn to work.

The 3 methods I currently use to drive thousands of visitors to my business are as follows.

1. The most effective way of driving traffic to your site is by constantly adding new content and having links going to that web site. Google and other search engines love web sites that are constantly expanding with good information people will want to read. To have your web site listed high in search engines rankings you should be adding to it at least once a week. Arguably the most important factor determines the ranking of your web site is the number of quality incoming links that are going to your web site. 2 things you need to consider when creating links to your web site are you want to have links on pages that have high search engine rankings and therefore the search engine will think your site deserves a high ranking as well. Secondly make sure the links you add are relevant. A link for your lawn moving business on a cake decorating blog is more likely to affect your rankings.

2. Making videos promoting your business is a great way to get your business in front of millions of potential customers. A common mistake people make is to only submit your video on one web site (youtube obviously) however there are many other sites out there that can advertise your web site. To submit my videos I go to tubemogul which submits my videos to 20 web sites for free. Remember to include your web site URL in the video to get the largest results as well as a link to your web site in the video description.

3. Writing articles promoting your web site is a very powerful method. The goal here is to make people first read your article and then go through to visit your web site. You want to make the article a teaser to makes people want more information and then include a link to your web site in the body of the article.
