Are you looking for the best bargains in the market? Something free, something given as gift? You can easily find all these and more on the Internet nowadays. It seems every website is offering free merchandise as an advertising tool to boost sales, especially on the computer and electronic items. The main target in the advertising world is the younger generations. Websites that sell these modern gadgets and devices with attractive terms, without outlaying a large sum of cash, are called incentive-ized websites.
An item or service or a set of products can be taken by a consumer for free. Some of these incentive-driven websites even offer cash, in exchange to a number of referrals. For example, a site owner will pay $20 per referral and the item on offer is worth $300. The number of persons referred should be 15. These 15 referred persons should be willing to try a new service or a new product. So a consumer who can convince many friends to sign-up to the said website will get a lot of freebies.
Many people find these free trials of services and products hard to believe. They suspect that these offers are not really free, and they may be right. The wisest thing to do is to choose and try those services or products that you'd probably purchase later anyway. So why not try them for free before buying? Some have very low charges on services, such as a year-long subscription of web-hosting.
For one month, Netflix is available at a trial rate of $9.95. Anyone who has already taken an interest in Netflix will be given a good chance to try using the service first before subscribing. The website which offered this incentive hopes that a satisfied consumer will continue using the service. Of course, not every trial consumer will become a subscriber. Netflix knows this, too; thus the commission schedule they built.
After this consumer had paid $19.90 for a 2-month subscription, Netflix had made $50 to $75 but will pay $40 the said consumer for every referral who also subscribed. Then the said website added a new Iphone with $400 retail price as another incentive to giveaway. A consumer/subscriber can take the Iphone for free or buy it at a discounted price, buy referring 10 people who will try the service.
Even though the website owner is constantly "giving" away gifts, he is still making a lot of money. Here's an example computation: if the site owner is earning $60 per referral who subscribed, then he is making a profit of $200 for each Iphone given away.
There are hundreds of other programs that can also be beneficial to your users such as other free gist ideas and rakeback poker programs.
